With 25 year's experience in 4-5 star hotels and rosetted properties we are an experienced pair of hands. So whether you require a CDP or a Head Chef to help you out, we take great pride at being able to work in all positions and fit into your team as required. Whether required to lead, train or organise a kitchen as a relief Head Chef, as a CDP or Sous Chef, we are DBS certified and trained in all aspects of food safety and hygiene and all up to date with allergen and covid training.

With competitive rates depending on the position you require, and a direct invoicing system with no hidden fees, you pay an hourly rate for the hours worked - it is that simple.
